Who We Are

Ray Global Management Group (RGMG) is the Singapore-headquartered holding company for a group of Adcote-branded schools spanning the United Kingdom, China and Malaysia. Strategy, brand governance and curriculum development are anchored at the Singapore headquarters.

History

2011

Ray Education founded, built on a philosophy of British origin, Asian roots and global orientation.

2017

Ray Education took a controlling investment in Adcote School, a British independent school founded in 1907 in Shropshire, England.

2026

Ray Global Management Group established as the group's Singapore-headquartered holding entity.

James Hu

Chief Executive Officer

25 years shaping international education across Asia and the United Kingdom. James has led Adcote's expansion from the United Kingdom into Malaysia, China and Singapore, and holds governance roles including Governor of Adcote School (UK).

Stanley Wong

Chief Operating Officer

25 years operating institutional education assets across Asia. Stanley previously served as founding Director of Operations at ISA International Education Group, including Harrow Beijing, and Head of General Administration at UWCSEA. He holds a B.Sc (Honours) from NUS and has completed executive programmes at INSEAD, Duke Fuqua and Darden.

Chief Academic Officer

30 years leading curriculum and academic governance in international schools, including as a quality-assurance specialist with the Singapore Ministry of Education. John holds First-Class Honours from NUS and a Master of Education from Monash University.

Through the RGMG Excellence Innovation Special Fund, run jointly with the Shanghai 'Dreams Come True' Charity Foundation, the group supports talented students in high-demand fields including AI, STEM, robotics and sustainability.
