2026 Future Teachers Conference Held at Adcote School Shanghai

On 18 June 2026, the Future Teachers Development Conference, themed "Future Teachers × Future Education", was held at Adcote School Shanghai. Principals, academic directors and teaching staff from across the campuses gathered for one main forum and five breakout sessions.

In the main forum, Group Chief Principal Li Yuan framed AI as a way to keep learning student-centred, from first steps in individual classrooms towards a lightweight, cross-disciplinary teaching and research platform.

Chief Academic Officer John Ong presented the FIAR methodology, rooted in the RISE core values and carried into practice through student leadership and the CAS+E framework.

The group also signed an internship and education base agreement with the Academy of Future Education at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, giving teachers a more systematic academic pathway, and the conference closed by recognising teachers for outstanding work over the past year.
